MISSION STATEMENT 

Welcome to the VICTORY MARTIAL ARTS INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL, an association of martial artists providing opportunities for promotion of the arts and artists.
This Council is a politically-free environment.

It is the mission of this council to provide the recognition required to be the best martial artist one can be.

This is the reason the Victory Martial Arts International Council was established. We provide martial artists with international recognition, opportunity for promotion, and training with open-minded martial arts practitioners.

What We Do

• Offer International Recognition to all members
• Provide testing based on ability and not politics
• Provide opportunities for ranking from kyu ranks to 10th Degree Black Belt
• Award Martial Art Styles/Systems to Innovative Instructors
