It is the mission of this council to provide the recognition required to be the best martial artist one can be.

This is the reason the Victory Martial Arts International Council was established. We provide martial artists with international recognition, opportunity for promotion, and training with open-minded martial arts practitioners.

• Offer International Recognition to all members

• Provide opportunities for ranking from kyu ranks to 10th Degree Black Belt
