IJF Founder and International President, Grandmaster Prof. Jonathan Makiling Abaya formally announces the organizing of a Jendo organization in the State of Pennsylvania of the United States.  The Pennsylvania Jendo Association was formally organized yesterday by 10th Degree Blackbelt Soke Grandmaster Joseph Mathew Victory, Jr. of the Victory Martial Arts Council. 

The first elected officials of the association are:
